Online customer Service Manager, This position I just can not find any on the internet, and I got prepared with the Job Description. but it turn out the very different ways of questions, and they are very confusing discussing my advantage and disadvantage of this position, I just got totally lost in their conversation, and I can tell you, I am Chinese and we use Chinese to communicate with each other. when I left, they told me to get prepared with the pressure of next working time in Huawei, and they will let the HR discuss the contract. Wait! what? this is really confusing me, and next 3 weeks, I sent the Email, the HR replied said, they are not going forward with me. What? I stay confused till now. And it took very long time to receive the feedback. LOL
