There were 2 interviews to get onto this programme. The first was locally at my university held by the careers service team and for which I had to demonstrate that I had knowledge of the company and that I was keen for the job. The second interview was at Huawei's UK office with the director of public policy at Huawei technologies where he went of what the programme entailed and made sure that I was going to take this opportunity seriously.
