3 rounds interview process. 1st step technical interview, they bring own guy to ask about IP and other for IT questions. 2nd step Personality and communication skill interview; current solution responsible ask some question about how to create and manage a project opportunity. After this steps was final interview to check the salary and other benefits.

I had interview 3 times with tehcnical people, managers, directors in addition HR interview but they only sent an e-mail to say “we will not continue with you for this position”. This is not professional for me. I was expecting a call at least.
It was good. After a set of interview they update you after a week, but if you’re not selected (after final interview) they don’t get back to you no more.
