The first stage of the interview was a group interview with some of the lead engineers in the company. They were interested in the the kind of projects I had done. Unfortunately I didn't know they would ask me for that so I didn't have my projects ready to show them. I believe for this company they are fine with someone that is eager to learn and don't really have an issue with lack of experience. They want experts but long as you show you are ready to work you will be fine . They even told me they think they have some database work in the company and would share my CV with the other team.
