I received an email asking for a quick call on Teams with no camera, audio only. I assumed it was just a screening, but it felt more like an actual interview. They told me they would let me know one way or another what the next steps were. I didn't hear back, so I reached out to follow up. They told me the process went a little longer than anticipated and they would be sure to let me know when they're done. I never heard back.
Phone interview very professional and asks about your experience and why you want to work at Howmet. Then they talk about the role itself and the next steps which would be an onsite interview.

Entretien
Process was simple and easy. Recruiter asked a lot of questions about skills that I had/didn't have. Very informative too, I was thrown a lot of information regarding the work environment, pay, and benefits.
