Simple phone call interview with a recruiter followed up by an assessment center. Assessment center was moderate level difficult - one personal/ relaxed chat with 2 juniors at the firm, a case study in a group of 5/6 and a professional interview with hiring managers. The assessment was full of candidates who had connections at Howden.
