I'm so sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with our interview process, that is certainly not what we strive for and will work better to do better. It's helpful feedback to hear that you did not fully understand that there would be onsite/team interview portion to our process and we will work to do better to clearly communicate the different steps of the process.
