The recruiter seemed friendly and asked routine interview questions. Never provided a feedback even if promised to do so. Wrote to them a week later to know the outcome of the interview, nobody bothered to reply. Unprofessional considering that the company advertise everywhere how much they care about people.

The process was smooth and perfect, I felt supported and guided at all times, Andrea Lara was an absolute rockstar, she gave me valuable feedback and was very professional at all times. I dare to say that although this is the longer process I’ve ever been, it’s been also the best one during my professional career.

I only got a phone interview, it was really interesting and the interviewer did not seem very experienced when interviewing nor did they seem authentically friendly. He was actually a bit rude and spoke down to me when I asked certain questions. I thought the interview went well, but I guess I was mistaken, which was a shame because I really enjoyed learning about Houzz and the company background.
