I've applied online and managed to book my Skype interview after a couple of days of receiving an email from them (which I discovered in the Spam folder). The recruiter asked me for my Skype name at just about the time she supposed to call me, so we started later than expected. I got a very bad impression of her: disorganized, not at all interested in what I was saying, for example, asking questions and not paying attention, while trying to fix her handset. As soon as she realized I didn't have years of experience in a simple Admin role, she totally lost her interest in me. And there I asked myself: Why to bother wasting my time and your? If you would have read my Cv you could have seen my previous experiences, and then decide if I was suitable or not. Not a good impression of the company at all, unprofessional, timewasters.

Applied online, next day received an email from a Jr. Recruiter wanting to schedule a preliminary phone screen. Phone screen was quick and smooth, and just like everyone else has said questions were a bunch of get to know you type questions. Basically don't waste your time and expect to move on with the interview process if you weren't in a sorority/fraternity in college and did not have higher than a 3.5 GPA. Regardless if it has nothing to do with your qualifications and ability to exceed in the position. Those questions are based on trying to figure out of you will fit in with everyone else or not..
