3 step interview process starting with an initial phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview with the office assistant, and then finally a deciding interview with the office manager.

Basic interview questions such as describe yourself using 3 adjectives...etc.
They were mostly situational questions....tell me about a situation where XYZ happened. Strengths, weaknesses, career goals.....the usual. Nothing out of the ordinary
