Pre- screening took place in a large building with many interviewers interviewing multiple candidates at once. Was asked all behavioral questions such as strengths and weaknesses and how I responded in difficult situations.

It was a quick 15 minute interview where they got to know you and why you want to work in the specific unit. They asked about where you see yourself in the future.
