To complete an online judgement test after the interview within 2 days.
The written test consist of 1 scenario similar to the one stated in the review below. The question requires you to write a letter response to the scenario and no need for knowledge of any HDB policies.
Interview lasted for about 15 mins and the following questions were based on your answers to the previous interview questions.

Thorough, more like a conversational type to know you better and your strengths. Panel of 8 personnel and all took turns to ask questions on your background, suitability and acceptance level.

Applied for the role and received an invitation for an interview. Before the interview, there were 2 assessments you needed to complete so that interviewers could determine your ability. Assessments were about how you reply to unreasonable and entitled citizens who want to buy a house that they probably cannot afford. You will see other interviewees as well as you guys take turns to do the assessments and go for the interview. After the assessments, you will proceed to the interview. There were 4 to 5 interviewers, and they were very friendly. I only knew the results after around 6 weeks.
