Had several phone calls with recruiter and then tech team. Tech team seemed really easy going and felt like a good match mutually. Offer placed on hold due to covid. Months later called and informed offer was now going to be dramatically lower than previously interviewed for. Recruiter has since ghosted me and ignorantly ignoring any means of communication. Job has since be re advertised. Rather poor way to treat candidates
