It was a standard multi-process interview with the recruiter and the manager. There was also a take-home assignment which I presented to the hiring manager. Even though I didn't receive the offer, I'd like to comment on HCP's candidate experience, which was amazing! Sammie, the recruiter, was a delight to work with, she communicated with me every step of the way, and the final communication was also very personal, I really appreciated that. Thank you!
