Applied for the Human Resources Assistant position online and found out that they were hiring for the "Human Resources Manager" opening. Misleading advertisement on the position which in total wasted my time because I was never qualified to begin with (if I had known that it was for a manager position, I wouldn't have even applied and gone through the whole interviewing process). First, I was invited to have a phone interview. The phone-interviewer didn't schedule a designated time, and just told me that they were going to call me between the times I was available for the week. After the phone interview, I was invited in for an in-person interview with two interviewers where they simply grill you with 45 minutes of situational questions. The interviewers just read everything off the paper and waited to see how you respond. Overall experience was negative and misleading. I asked for feedback after I received the no offer letter and company responded to my email saying that they do not provide feedback for improvement and just suggests you apply to other positions. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.
