Interview in a room full of smoke with the manager and an awful HR-Finance-Administrator-Payroll-Building manager lady. The manager smoked the entire interview and told me what a great oportunity is to work there and how they respected the people who work there. And it's no problem if i start on contract but they will offer me part-time after 3 months (which they never did).
