The interview was extremely casual and a lot of it felt like personal evaluation. Once the guy seemed to decide that he liked me he asked me to come back and bring some documents (drivers license, food handlers, olcc, etc) and although I wasn't certain that I wanted the job he seemed to have decided pretty quickly that I had gotten it.
