I applied online. The next day I scheduled an interview. I was interviewed in person, and they asked me about myself and experience. It was somewhat informal, but to the point. I felt very comfortable. They asked me basic technical questions, and also a bit about my personaility.
Two interviews total, one over the phone, one in person. Great and comfortable environment and know ledged hiring manager. Most of the questioning was based around DNS and cPanel experience.

One interview which was basically asking questions pertaining to your knowledge of web hosting. What is DNS, IMAP, FTP, SQL, etc. Although never being in the industry, I aced the interview after carefully reviewing their support site and forum during the 2 days leading up to the interview.
