First applicants were screened using a form which had questions like describe your strengths and weaknesses and why do want to apply. Then a MCQ based test was conducted with 5 sections 12 questions in each. The sections were Core Java, Java 8, Spring, Spring Boot and SQL. After that the interviews were conducted one on one.
