Amazing from initial interview to offer. The process was long but I've seen other companies take longer. It takes time because they are looking for the right person for the right job that is the right fit for their culture. I felt the culture from the start and in every stage it only got stronger.

Question 1
Asked my opinion on a lot of things. In final stages met with CEO and he answered questions, gave some background on history and just made my decision to say yes, if offered, that much easier. This is a company that walks the talk on their culture. I was impressed.

While the thought of interviewing with all of HVMG Senior Management at their home office in Atlanta was intimidating, the overall experience was extremely beneficial and gave great insight to the company's values and culture. Each SVP showed genuine interest in meeting me and learning more about me while offering a slew of answers to the many questions I had about this opportunity!

Question 1
My biggest fear going into these interviews had to do with my personal qualifications for the position and whether I was ready for this opportunity. They asked tough questions about my past performance and my plans for the success of the hotel, but I would have been concerned if they hadn't.
