I had the ability to physically meet face to face with an employee who is reviewing resumes and assisting the hiring manager. She provided a lot of information and gave me warm reception. We wore masks where necessary but were able to maintain distance. I really appreciated her offering a traditional preliminary interview! I do not do so well with the virtual interviews from the shoulders up.
