Met with the manager, talked for 20 min about myself pretty easily. It was very nonchalant and not really too serious. Just be yourself and seem very interested in the position and also mention you are a competitor and want to be the best recruiter there. If you have a sales background make sure to mention that and expand on your accomplishments there if you have any. Be very positive, and just have a basic conversation with the recruiting manager.
