Found the job through a recruiter. The interview process was pretty straightforward. I went in for 2 interviews. I met with the entire Executive Team. I had to complete a writing and powerpoint test. The entire process took about one week.

It was a disorganized process without any prepared questions or representatives from HR. I waited for about 10 minutes before going in because the CEO was in a meeting. It was clear to me that she wasn't ready for me as she pulled random questions out of the air. After meeting with me she sent me to the CFO's office (she wasn't prepared either) to avoid being late for a meeting. After a few minutes with the CFO she cut it short to meet with an inspector who showed up. I sat in the CEO's office for a few minutes she returned and then had the novel idea that I needed to submit a writing sample. I could tell it was an afterthought to keep me busy or maybe she didn't think I was competent. I asked where the PC and writing prompt were and the response I received was that there wasn't one. She gave me a pen and paper then left for yet another meeting. After some time she came back asking if I was done. I submitted the writing sample and she told me they would be in touch.
