Manager was eating lunch at the interview time. She asked me about myself, then asked me if I'd clean up vomit. She seemed excited that I would do that if necessary. The bar seemed to be set very low. It ended up being quite high, and no matter how hard I worked, it was never enough. Availability is completely arbitrary, they'll put you wherever and whenever they want. The time clock rounds way up or down, and never in your favor. If rounds is required to solve a problem, you will not be paid for that time. Training is one shift, and very inadequate considering you will end up working alone. They only hire through employee referrals, which makes sense with all things considered.
