Entretien
First you get a phone interview which lasts about 10-15 minutes. Once you're successful with that you will be invited to the group interview. Mine was toward the beginning of summer, so we only had about 23 people there. They talked to us through the power point. Next thing they did was split us into two groups. We all answered our questions to the group. They split us up into 3 groups to come up with a product that Horizon can use. After that they asked us to tell them something about ourselves that's not on our resume. After all of that is "lunch" where they pick who's going on to the next round. Out of our group maybe 8 stayed. Then it's the one on one interview where they ask where you'd like to be based at , salary, Job history & more questions. Then after that gig wait to see if you got the job or not. It is a long day so be prepared with snacks, but remember everyone is just as nervous as you.

Fist is the the initial Application process. Then, you're sent some Audio interview questions about 5 to 6 questions. The last step is the Final Virtual Group Interview where you broken up into groups to ask situational questions related to customer service experience.
It was a good experience and I learned a lot about the company and process. The interview went quickly which surprised me. But overall great experience. I like it was all virtual.
3 stages; virtual video interview, group interview & informational, 2:1 virtual interview. Video interview did not need camera and you can take as much time as you need with 3 tries to record. They got back to me within hours of each interview process
