Back when I interviewed 12 years ago...It was a large cattle call start, got broken into groups of fifteen to twenty people, we were asked to share situations that were difficult but we turned them around into a positive experience. After that you were either asked to stay or let go. Then some role playing with the people that were left. Again people were either asked to stay or let go. After that one on one interviews took place with two managers. I believe it is different now though.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
There wasn't anything that I considered unexpected. Most questions are customer service related. Be prepared to give examples from your own life and experiences. They are looking for people who are confident and well spoken without being brash. Keep smiling and be pleasant...do not be shy, you need to be able to command a cabin of people who are looking to you for direction and safety.

Fist is the the initial Application process. Then, you're sent some Audio interview questions about 5 to 6 questions. The last step is the Final Virtual Group Interview where you broken up into groups to ask situational questions related to customer service experience.
It was a good experience and I learned a lot about the company and process. The interview went quickly which surprised me. But overall great experience. I like it was all virtual.
3 stages; virtual video interview, group interview & informational, 2:1 virtual interview. Video interview did not need camera and you can take as much time as you need with 3 tries to record. They got back to me within hours of each interview process
