Video interview was first which isn’t very personable. It says at the beginning you can go back and change answer if you mess up but you can’t. Phone screening was next but super easy. You schedule when the recruiters calls you.
You are on your own for travel expenses (airfare and hotel) to get to the interview. I personally, spent about $1000 to get to the interview. This can be very expensive and I wish recruiters would take this into consideration. At my interview those being interviewed showed up to the hotel but it was confusing as to where to actually go for the interview. There should have been signs but there were not. When the recruiters, flight attendants walked into the room we were given a brief overview of the company, and then separated into groups. In the group you were asked to give your name and what your favourite job was out of your work history. We then handed cards with a scenario. One by one, read them aloud and told what we would do. We then broke for lunch. After lunch we were all given one on one interviews. The only recruiter that seemed relaxed was the manager who was dressed more like he was going grocery shopping, not representing a company. All the others seemed so stiff and un-personable. One of the flight attendants even admitted to just being tired which is why she wasn’t “all there.” On my on on one the last question she asked was “do you have any questions for me?” I responded with “why have you stayed with Horizon?” She seemed like she didn’t like this at all.

Fist is the the initial Application process. Then, you're sent some Audio interview questions about 5 to 6 questions. The last step is the Final Virtual Group Interview where you broken up into groups to ask situational questions related to customer service experience.
It was a good experience and I learned a lot about the company and process. The interview went quickly which surprised me. But overall great experience. I like it was all virtual.
3 stages; virtual video interview, group interview & informational, 2:1 virtual interview. Video interview did not need camera and you can take as much time as you need with 3 tries to record. They got back to me within hours of each interview process
