      Entretien

I arrived Early. Recommended at least 15 minutes early. I was 30 minutes early. Use the time before you can check in, to meet and greet with all candidates. As soon as check in starts, try to be one of the first few to check it. The earlier the better. after you have received your name tag, go and pick a seat closet to the front as possible. I sat in the front row. Continue mingling with the group, prior to orientation. During orientation, pay attention, make eye contact and never stop smiling! After orientation everyone is split into groups and told to meet in assigned room. In the group portion of the interview we each at had about 8 to a group with 2 panel judging. We walked into chairs lined up at an angle( half a circle) and told to sit anywhere. Then after we all had picked a spot, we were told to align alphabetical using our last names. Then we were told to sit and to pick up the card on our seat but not to look at the question on the other side until it was our turn to stand up and answer it. Before it was time to answer the questions on the note cards, we were instructed to stand up, introduce ourselves, then spell our last name. Followed by telling where we were from, and what job was our favorite that we've worked and why. My suggestion is to listen to instructions, share only what they ask for , and keep it short and sweet. Alot of mistakes came from rambling on. Then we each went around and answered our question, all the questions seemed to be unrelated to flight attending, but again they are looking for your response time to Reading the question as well as your ability to answer the question, keep from rambling on and on. After group interview, we were all given a time to be back after lunch for one on one interviews, arrive 15 minutes early. I was in the first one on ones. She asked me about 5 or 6 question. They asked me if I had any questions for her.. My advice is to have questions ready to ask them... I asked 3 questions about the job, and the 4th question I asked her was if there was anything about me that she noticed and would like me to improve on? She responded with yes... That I was a little soft spoken but my answers were great. I think she appreciated that I was seeking out constructive criticism. Plus it gave me the opportunity to assure her that I most definitely am not soft spoken on regular basis, it was just nerves. Then I was taken to waiting room with everyone else. I was called Back in for another one on one interview with a different interviewer. She asked me only a couple questions before sending me back to waiting area. Then I was asked out of the room and offered a position as a Horizon Flight Attendant. Following the offer I was taken to a different room to do onboarding finger printing and urine drug test.
