      Entretien

I recently went through the hiring process with Hopper and overall it was a good experience. The process took about a month and a half, which I thought was reasonable. Two hiring managers interviewed me in the first two steps, and then for the third interview, I was given a case study to work on. The case study involved analyzing four hotels and understanding the pricing for each hotel to obtain the best price. I found this to be a challenging and exciting exercise that gave me a sense of what working at Hopper would be like. Throughout the process, the Hopper team was professional, responsive, and respectful. They provided me with clear instructions and feedback, which helped me to prepare for each stage of the process. While I ultimately did not receive an offer from Hopper, I still appreciated the opportunity to go through the process and learn more about the company. Based on my experience, I would recommend Hopper as an excellent place to work for those interested in the travel industry.

Was told that if you make it, the interviewing process consists of 3 interviews. First being an intro Interview, then a second interview with another person on the team, then a "testing" interview where they would see how you would work with rate parity. The intro interview went good, the interviewer was definitely someone I would get along with but at the same time it seemed like it was just the interviewer checking off their mandatory list. Almost felt non-personal and like they would hire anyone which left me feeling skeptical. Second interview I got the same feeling but also like they were rushing through the interview and not too interested in talking to me so I didn't ask many questions in return. I did not make it to the 3rd interview but was not too surprised by it. Hopper seems like a great company to work for if you can land a gig though.
