Odd interview started with a 30 minute phone interview consisting of S.T.A.R. questions, then silence for a week and then an in-person interview. Interviewer begins the interview telling me about the high turnover rate and ranting about family while asking his own set of S.T.A.R. questions for an hour. At the end interview he lets me know there is to be a 3rd interview which I found isn't worth it just to wash trailers and IBCs for $20/hr.
