For this position, they have a very long and complicated recruitment process, which consists of 5 interviews: * Phone Screening * Interview with a Technical Program Manager from Vancouver * Interview with the team in Bucharest * Interview with 2 Agile Coaches from Vancouver * Interview with someone from HR, a Technical Program Manager and some Director The whole process since my online application until they said they chose another guy, lasted for about 2 months. Apart from that, I talked to really interesting & like minded people.
