Entretien
Called in for interview and met with the Director of Operations and the Regional Manager. They asked about my previous experience and what I knew about the industry. The Director was big on giving real life scenarios and assessing how I thought to handle them. Good overall, not too easy or too hard.

Applied online. Got an email to set up phone interview in just a few days. Phone interview went well, they set me up with an in person interview with the Area Director. That wasn't much of an interview at all - he was straight to the point and told me what he was looking for which I appreciated. Its restaurant management, not rocket science. After the interview, they set me up with a "day in the life of a manager" at their training store. I didn't love it, so asked to do another "day in the life of" at the location I was applying for. That went better. After that I never heard from the AD or anyone else from the company again. Didn't follow up, continued interviewing with other companies who were more organized and had cleaner stores.

All normal interview questions. Nothing special at all. Make yourself a cheat sheet and practice it before hand.

Interview was lame, they liked you, and you had experience, you were in. Met with the upper management for second interview. I told them people skills were excellent.
