A well-run interview process which moved quickly through each stage. It involved a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, a technical task and a final interview with the CEO. The team were very responsive and helpful throughout.

Great process, I was made to feel extremely comfortable all the way from the first discussion with the hiring manager all the way through to the final interview with the CEO. Everyone at the company was easy to talk to and made me feel extremely welcome. It was a well structured process, initially meeting the Team Lead then being given a technical task, and then progressing on to the relevant SLT members. At no point did the process feel overwhelming or unfair and it was clear that the team wanted to see the best side of me, rather than asking purposefully pointed questions or looking to trip me up. Definitely not easy but very fair and it was obvious the interviewers valued a cultural fit just as highly as the ability to perform the job roles.

Question 1
"How hard do you want to work" was an interesting question that came up - not looking for dedication to work evenings or weekends, but more scoping out how motivated the candidate is to completing the job to the best of their ability whilst also considering a work/life balance to avoid burnout or excess streess.

Entretien
Interviews/stages: screening, team lead, technical test, team lead, CEO. Process took 2.5 weeks from direct application to receiving an offer. Everything was very efficient, the hiring manager did an excellent job. At each stage I was encouraged to ask questions which helped me learn more about the company/role, it felt like a two-way street. Updates were prompt and I received feedback after each stage.
