I was required to complete a written test for the interview, which involved writing a 200 words response to "Why should we hire you?" within 1 hr deadline. The HR sent the test at a different time that I was available, which had to follow up some calls and email. I attended an in-person interview at their office. The office itself was bright and clean, which gave a good first impression. However, I noticed a lack of warmth in the environment—neither the receptionist, the HR lady, nor any of the staff I saw in the elevator or waiting area offered a smile or seemed welcoming. Overall, the people in the office didn’t come across as friendly, which left me with a less positive impression of the workplace culture. Additionally, the HR staff (Ma) seemed unclear about the interview procedures for candidates; often responded with "I don’t know, I’m not sure" during our calls and emails, which added to the confusion. I wouldn’t recommend this workplace, since the design center positions itself as a leader in the industry. The staff came across as dull and unfriendly, which feels like a stark contrast to the vibrant and collaborative spirit the creative industry should embody in our society.

The interview was pretty straightforward forward, asked typical standard questions like how your background related to the job. The interview duration was around 30 minutes there's only 1 round of interview.
