The recruiter screen was fantastic. The hiring manager round was less than to be desired. It was not personal at all. He was stumbling through a list of questions like a nervous robot. Said he was listening and “multitasking” but you can tell he wasn’t paying attention because after each question it was “ok, so um”. When I would ask for clarification for some of the questions he couldn’t give me that. Overall it was very odd.

Entretien
It was very unprofessional HR , join the online call 6 minutes late. Never turk his camera on , he was at the same time ( I guess) finalizing his eating as I could hear the sounds. Than there was a 3 min pause as he did mot read my resume before , afterwards asked some questions about my past sales , while I was talking he interrupted me rudely to say I dont wanna hear details . After that I had no motivation, finished yhe interview and he told me he will forward my resume to hiring manager , I waited 2 weeks ( but I knew he would not get back to me) I send a follow up mail and got no response than decided to withdraw my application . It is a shame because from the start I had high motivation

Entretien
Same process than other compagnies, an online assessment, a serie of questions by email and than online interview. The only thing is that I didn't receive a feedback and waited for weeks, until I send an email to ask for the updates.
