when interviewed it was with two people,they asked questions about blue prints and machine experience what types of machines,never really asked about wether i could read a program? one of the most impotant parts..i understand now why the have so many button pushers..alot of employees can't even tell you how to get to a sub program let alone change something in one...

Started as a contract employee with a 2 year contract. Had a 3 person panel interview. Asked some basic questions. Low pressure. Dressed in work attire as it was during my shift here, was a contract employee. New the people interviewing me, which was helpful at not feeling nervous during the interview.
