Interviewing/meeting the actual team members was great. Everyone made you feel really comfortable and each phase was more-so conversational. No problem with the team itself. However, the process overall could be improved tremendously. It took a month and a half to complete 5 rounds of interviews, with the entire team going on PTO for a week during this process, just for the outsourced HR representative to ghost me after the final round. 3 follow-up e-mails and still nothing til this day. - Phone Screen - Panel Interview with 2 Senior Auditors - 1:1 with IA Manager - 1:1 with a 2nd IA Manager - 1:1 with a Director

Similar to the other interviewee reviews, My Interview with the actual team members was great. However, the process is severely flawed and needs tremendous improvement. It took 2 weeks to complete 2 rounds of interviews, starting with a peer interview (2 Senior Auditors) and then with a hiring manager. A few days after the manager interview, I sent a follow-up with the recruiter and then the hiring manager just to be ghosted. I still haven't received any feedback till this date and my candidate portal still shows"In review". Everything happens for a reason and this is a clear sign this is not the type of organization I should be joining.
