The beginning of the interview was mainly behavioral. Near the end they asked my experience with different types of equipment they use in the position. In the beginning, one of the interviewers is late. I believe that is also part of the interview process.

I interviewed first at a career fair then I got matched with a specific team. It was an hour long interview with the managers of a specific team. Then they called with an offer.

Asked how I handle situations, and how well I work in groups. They took notes of the details, and were really excited to see that I had multiple club experience. They asked details on things I faced in my clubs.
