Got a call from Staffing for the screening interview. The a technical interview was setup. It was okayish interview. But I have attended 6 interviews with Honeywell over the past year and it is very clear that for any job they already have a candidate selected and the interview process is only for audit purpose.

J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Honeywell en janv. 2025
Entretien
Very unprofessional process, focused on other than professional achievements and qualities, formal asking of irrelevant questions aiming to disparage and negate the potential, was not aiming to involve but to find reasons not to cooperate, HR treated as if already guilty in something , the hiring manager was very arrogant and bossy.
