Solid rotational panel interview with invested leaders. Lots of passion about the program and interesting in building bench strength. More behavioral questions than cognitive. They are starting to deploy a cognitive assessment now.

The hiring process was very straight forward. They came for campus recruitment and I was given an interview that following week.
