Most of the first interview was done on the computer, mock phone calls with muti choice answers, which took an hour or so , then was told to come back in 2 weeks for a second interview. The interviewer mostly just looked at the scores from the test to determine if a second interview would be granted, the second interview is a bahavioral base interview.
