Very efficient, extremely effective - organized three (3) phase process. Phone interview filled by an in person interview - meeting with various member in the IT organization. Focused on skill set all across the spectrum.
Usually just takes about 3 filters at the beginning, depending on the department you will be working on. The last interview is with the hiring manager and questions are usually not technical
