The process started with a phone call from an internal recruiter who will gather basic information such as your current salary, general information about your current job responsibilities, whether you are comfortable relocating (if applicable), and so forth. At this stage, the recruiter is filling out a basic candidate form to submit to the hiring manager and more senior recruiter who then decides whether or not to move forward.
I was selected and had a 45 minute conference call with 4 individuals including the hiring manager, potential peers and the HR business partner. After the interview finished, and after sending thank you notes, and waiting for a couple of weeks, I called the hiring manager to get a status and dropped a voice mail. The next step would have been a face-to-face interview with the hiring manager and team. After a few days passed, I received an automated "thanks but no thanks" e-mail from HR which ended the process.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with a management decision. What did you do?
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 5 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Honeywell (Morris Plains, NJ) en mai 2019
Entretien
This was the most unprofessional interview experience ever.
1) I was initially rejected by the company ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
2) I was then emailed by a recruiter and asked to take an assessment
3) The recruiter then scheduled me to speak with the hiring manager - but the meeting was setup a full THREE (3) weeks into the future
4) When the time came for the interview, I discovered that the Skype interview system was not setup properly by the recruiter. I reached out to the recruiter and she offered to reschedule my interview a full week into the future. Due to the system issue, I suggested that the hiring manager and I exchange direct phone numbers. The recruiter did not do this.
5) I dialed into the rescheduled interview one week later and discovered that the Skype system was again not setup properly. I called the Honeywell main switchboard to speak directly with the hiring manager who did not accept my call. The recruiter informed me that the interview would be rescheduled, yet again.
6) A few days later, the recruiter advised me that the role was being placed on hold.
7) A few more days later, I noticed that the role had been reposted online, so I reached out to the recruiter and hiring manager to reschedule my interview.
8) At this point, I have not received any responses or follow-ups. I'm certainly disappointed by this unprofessional recruiting process and hope that Honeywell will improve this work flow and realize that applicants should be treated with respect and honesty.
