Interviewed with 3 people, one supervisor/admin person and 2 people in the role I was interviewing for. One person was very stand off-ish the other two very open and welcoming. All behavioral question based interview. Following interview you are given technical writing assessment to complete and return in a week (use resources and put alot of work into this). I blew it off and rushed it even though I had a great interview.

Interview process is pretty lengthy with at least 3 steps. Two phone screens and then at least one formal interview. The first phone screen is very basic to make sure you meet the minimum requirements. This takes just a few minutes. The second phone screen is also with a recruiter but is very much like a real interview where you’re asked for details about qualifications and experience. This took at least 30 minutes. After this round, only a handful of candidates are selected for a formal with the hiring manager(s).
