Typically it will be a call from recruiter (agency) followed by hiring manager interview if the agency put you forward. Interviews format depend on proximity to an office but expect a face to face with at least one hiring manager and also robust discussion over experience and achievements.

it depends on who is going to be the interviewer ... on interviewer was intellectual and knowledgeable , other were very arrogant...
sometimes you can find put him at ease school, other play the bad guy and put him under pressure!
