Telephonic is important in which it is decided whether candidate is a match for job. Later f2f are mandatory. These interviews are long and detailed. There will be around 2 to 3 technical rounds. At last it will be HR. If u r HR round think u almost thru the intrerview

First round was with the technical specialists, second round was with the manager who discussed in detail about the roles and responsibilities and the third round was with the HR which was about the salary negotiation.
There was a Zoom call to start. Afterwards, I had a presentation that outlined my work history and further conversations with HR. They invited me to visit and see the site.
