I have applied number of Finance position in Bracknell, UK office and went through the phone interviews with HR twice for the similar roles but looks like Hiring Managers do not follow UK employment laws at all. Despite having a Masters and a Bachelor degree in Finance & Accounting, as well as many years of work experience and living locally, hiring managers never selected my CV after I went through the phone interviews. Hiring managers of Honeywell in the Bracknell office discriminate and treat the candidates based on their race, origin and religion. When I asked for the feedback and status of my applications, HR ignored my questions and gave me misleading information. Perhaps they were instructed by the Hiring Managers. UK employers in Berkshire area are most of them do not follow Employment law at all but all of them mention in the job advertisement that, they are equal opportunity employers. Including Honeywell, all of them extremely discriminate candidates based on their race, origin and religion. They will hire non degree qualified Caucasian/White candidates and will pay very high salary but they don't tend to hire other qualified people who comes from different ethnicity and religion and if they luckily get hired by Honeywell or other UK employers, they always get offer very low paid junior roles regardless of their educational background.
