Telephonic with recruiter, telephonic evaluation with SME, Technical face to face with REPORTING manager, interview with BU Head, 2 rounds of HR interview (different HRs) and finally cracked the interview

Applied in mid November, received an interview invitation by end of December, went through 2 rounds of interview in January & officially received an offer in mid February. First interview was with the hiring manager & the second was with a senior colleague. Both interviews were quite casual, and they explained the nature of the work that I will be doing.
