I applied online then they reviewed my application. A recruiter contacted me to schedule a short phone call. The recruiter asks about my background, skills, and why I want to work at Honda. And a few simple technical or logic questions. Then I was invited to a interviews with Honda engineers. A week later after the interview, I got a job offer.

Still in interview process. Waiting for 3rd interview. The HR people have contacted me thrice now, on schedule to interview at the main facility. There was an on spot interview, a formal interview, a phone screening, and there is a on site interview.
