I initially met with Mark Greaves and Chad Beldon. The initial interview was very relaxed and more of a conversation. All parties were more interested in making sure I fit in with the culture of the company. Questions were more geared toward integrity and what Homeside was all about. The second interview was with Dan Snyder, Mark Greaves and Chad Beldon. This interview was more about what my goals were and what my plan was to achieve those goals. Both interviews were great experience and I never felt as if I was being actually interviewed. It was more about making sure all parties were on the same page as far as what we wanted to achieve.
